Analina is a senior from New Orleans, Louisiana, majoring in Anthropology and Peace Studies. She is passionate about making academic knowledge accessible to wider audiences outside of academia.

Susan D. Blum is a professor of anthropology at the University of Notre Dame. She has directed her anthropological inquiry to the study of school and its many strange effects for nearly 20 years, writing a lot and hearing a lot of stories along the way--but never enough stories!

Iris is an undergraduate student studying Economics with a supplementary major in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics. She's dedicated to exploring the factors behind global education disparities and strives to improve education systems to reduce inequality worldwide.

Valeria Guerrero is a senior studying Economics and Global Affairs and minoring in Anthropology. She is passionate about increasing access and equity of education, and sees it as not only a human right but as the key to sustainable development. Real people’s stories are the best way to find gaps and bright spots, so she is excited to listen.

Christine is an undergraduate student at the University of Notre Dame majoring in ACMS with a concentration in Biology. She enjoys learning more about factors that impact school experiences.

Carley is an undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame majoring in Anthropology and Spanish. She is from Columbia MO and enjoys learning about how different cultures view learning and the impacts it has on a person’s mental health.

Sue Yuan is a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame majoring in Anthropology and minoring in Business Economics. Sue is interested in a wide variety of research areas, from linguistic anthropology, gender studies, East Asian studies, to developmental economics. Outside of academia, Sue is deeply passionate about volunteering and social work.
